A Journey of Light Through the Redwoods
Layered theatrical color—deep blues, ember reds, and golden ambers—climbs trunks and lifts the canopy, guiding a quiet walk through a natural cathedral toward the glowing trestle.
Fire Scars & Burl — Resilience in Red
Several trees reveal fire scars encased by burl. Washed in crimson, they tell a story of survival—how redwoods endure and thrive after fire.
What’s a burl? A rounded growth of dormant bud tissue. When a fire scar forms nearby, burl can grow around it—creating dramatic “scar-in-burl” shapes.
